These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sparkade website, game player, and platform services. By accessing or playing games on Sparkade, you agree to these terms.
1. Platform Licence and Access
Sparkade grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play browser games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or scrape game assets.
2. Virtual Currency (Sparks)
Sparks are virtual platform tokens for use within supported games on Sparkade. Sparks have no cash value outside our ecosystem, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and are non-transferable between player accounts.
3. User Conduct
Users must not exploit bugs, deploy unauthorized automation software (bots), harass other players, or attempt unauthorized access to server infrastructure.
4. Content and Third-Party Titles
Free games embedded on Sparkade are provided under respective publisher licences and open-source terms. Ownership remains with the respective copyright holders.
